Founder

"Jeff Wernick began his investment banking career in early 1997 with Equitable Securities Corporation (later sold to SunTrust in 1998) after graduating from The University of Georgia. He focused his efforts in a few different industries including: non-traditional finance, restaurants and business services. His primary responsibilities involved assisting the firm’s clients with capital raising and merger and acquisition advisory services.
